Independent Purchasing Company Middle East, Africa & South Asia (IPCMEASA)

is an independent SUBWAY® franchisee owned purchasing company. Our goal is to implement purchasing and distribution programs that help build a competitive environment for SUBWAY® franchisees.




Company Formation

IPCMEASA was set up in 2010 to enable SUBWAY® franchisees to gain from the financial and service discounts that come from purchasing and supplying product in large volumes.



Members First

If there are ever any potential supply shortages, IPCMEASA will directly leverage the global network of Subway approved suppliers to ensure franchisees' needs are serviced first.



Member Guided

IPCMEASA reports to and is guided by a regionally representative Board of Directors who are all active SUBWAY® franchisees elected to represent their region. Together, we ensure that we are delivering the products and services that make a difference to SUBWAY® franchisees’ businesses.



Automatic Benefit

If you are a SUBWAY® franchisee operating within one of the member countries, you are automatically a member of IPCMEASA and qualify to vote on all membership issues.
